14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
How to return
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and tell us you'd like to return it. You can use the withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
Return costs
The cost of sending the item back is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
We refund the full amount you paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, to the same payment method you used. We may wait to issue the refund until the item has arrived back with us or you've shown proof of sending it, whichever comes first.
Condition of returned items
You can handle the towel as you would in a shop. If it has been used or washed beyond what's needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us. Your statutory rights under Croatian and EU consumer law always apply.
